入境時移民官警告說不可以辦綠卡

想請問一下高人。我父母今年二月來美，九月回國。母親十一月底再來，一切順利。父親十二月中來，在機場海關被置疑為什麽頻繁來美。最後父親反複解釋是想多玩一些地方。移民官給了半年的簽證。但在I－９４上做了注釋。並告訴父親說不能延期，不能辦綠卡。請問他們這樣做是否真會影響到辦綠卡？ 因為我想明年五－六月給父母辦綠卡。 多謝幫忙。
