皮匠老師，各位好心人，有問題請教，很緊謝謝

I-485 pending more than 1 years.

Now my current company (boss) which sponsors my H1B and green card will be closed in 1/31/09.

and I will be employed by my boss’s another company register in HK and the HK company will have a branch in US. I will work in US branch and doing the same thing.

My question is that :

Can I work for a foreign company branch in USA? The branch only has 5-10 people.
