Help on AP and H1 to H4 transfer

以下是我們家的基本情況。Both I-140 and I-485 are pending. 我是副申請人。將要lose job in a month.現在考慮轉成H4. 但今年夏天用了AP.讀了PJIANG的BLOG, 感覺好像不能再轉成H4.但又不確定。哪位能在給confirm一下. Thanks a lot.
