-She will not allowed to get green card anymore within US, and if she leave US, she will not allowed to enter US at least three years or ten years (if she is unlawfull present more than one year). So, you and her had better go outside US to get H1 and H4 visa to reinstate your H1 and H4 status as soon as possible.
