有receipt number 卻查不到任何信息

幫父母延期,receipt 已經收到快一月了, 可在ONLINE 上輸入 receipt number,老是說查不到任何信息或說number is not valid, 請問這怎麽回事,要打電話問嗎,還是再等等. 多謝!
