請教：H4延期申請，如何回答I-539的兩個問題？

我老公遞了I-140-NIW了。然後遞H1B延期申請和我的H4延期申請，放在一起的。

填我的H4延期申請I-539表，應該如何回答以下的兩個問題？

Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa? Yes or No?

Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application? Yes or No?
