my case has been processed fluently so far. my first perm was processed for three days two years ago and my second was processed for three months this year. my first 140 was processed for two months two years ago and my second was processed for one months this year. i got my ead and ap less than one month after the applications were filed. now i am waiting for that my priority date will become current to get my 485 approved. so why do i need to sue uscis? why am i a loser?
