這個是不是指我的I-140(EB1b) Approval Notice？那麽，我太太和孩子們的應該是什麽呢？
My lawyer told us to prepare all copies of I-140, EAD cards, H-1 B notice, even include the I-20.

3) Your Birth Certificate.
用passport可以嗎？
No. You need notorized original copy. Mine was done in China.

4) Your petitioner’s Birth Certificate and your petitioner’s evidence of United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status.
誰是我的petitioner呢？按 1) 的理解，大學是我的petitioner，而我是我太太和孩子們的petitioner。這樣對嗎？ 可是，從字麵上看，petitioner必須是美國公民或綠卡人士。
If you are the primary application, petitioner means you. You are your wife and child's petitioner.
