今天剛被裁掉, 46歲140已批, 加拿大公民, 請問:
1. 我能否從 H1B 到 TN directly in case I can find a job (since I-140 proved)?
2. 我能否領失業金?
3. 孩子17歲正申請大學, 能否等到2星期severance pay 用完以後再出去換身份?
4. 我認為這是不公平裁員, 50% 的workload within a 13-people group, 有 lawyer 可幫忙嗎?
