Can I change job now?

I've been on I485 pending for about 18 months. Having been laid off from my previous company recently, I started a new job 4 weeks later. My new company had filed a H-1B transfer for me but it hasn't been approved yet. I have not yet filed AC21 for my recent job change. Is it possible for me to change job at this point? If yes, what should I do?
