我是直接到參議員辦公室找人,

當然見不到參議員,但他們辦公室有專門處理移民事務的工作人員。我當時就隨便寫了封信，大致介紹自己CASE的情況，強調等待時間超長（超過TSC網上公布的485時間N年），主要是要附上必要的文件（140，485什麽的）。工作人員會直接和TSC的聯絡人聯係，所以你的信怎麽寫根本無所謂。我找參議員後1個月多點就拿到綠卡。據工作人員說，有的人一兩個星期就能拿到。工作人員特別告訴我：他們和FBI打name check 交道效果不好，但和移民局打交道效果很好。
