Please help my case!!! Thxxxxxxxxxx

Hello, I've just posted this similar question, but I still feel a little confused. If you know how to do it, please give me a hand. Thank you very much for your kind input.
My case is EB2 with approved 140 and 485 pending more than 1 year. I am using H1B now and have a 2-year EAD card (never use it). My current company friendly asked me and helped me to transfer to another employer (look for a new job), neither layoff, nor fired. If my future employer does not support H1B and GC. Is it ok to say no sponsorship when using my EAD? What should I do, or what documents should I submit to, the new employer if I get hired?
