Do you think that I'm not in H1B any more once I use my EAD card? If my 485 gets rejected or denied in the future, then I have to leave this country immediately, right? In this case, it's useless if my current company helps to extend my H1B. By the way, the new job does not say the exact years of experience, just mentioned the bachelor degree. Is it going to be a problem in the future? Thank you very much!
