I have an approved EB-1a 140 and a denied NIW-140, which is in appeal. My
485 is originally linked to NIW.
I send a request to TSC for relinking my 485 to my approved EB-1a 140 months ago. And USCIS told me that they ate going to put my files together.
Then, I asked two senators to help verify the relink and ask if my 485 was processed. Today, I got response from senators. The feed-back information is the same. USCIS TSC said they saw my approved 140 and pending 485. But my 485 is in the category of EB-2.
(1) What does that mean?
(2) Does USCIS just put them together, but technically, they are not linked together?
(3) What should I do?
