I did infopass today. The officer told me I have passed the name check and nobody touched my case since Jan 2008 (even though the last update on my case status was in March 2007). What is your situation? I just wonder how you did 3 FP. When did you submit your 485? I reckon you need at least 3 years for 3 FPs. Anyway, thanks for your info. I will ask my lawyer to check my status.
