H4可以到邊境簽嗎？

老公已是H1，我是加拿大公民。我今年夏天出境後再入境時，由於老公的材料沒帶

全，機場的移民官讓我以旅遊者身份入境，但是半年之內要出境換成H4.我在德州，不

知可不可以到墨西哥邊境辦理？還是必須要去美國大使館。各位高手給出個主意，多
