GOING HOME WITH AP-URGENT!HELP

Hi everyone,

I have two questions:

1) I submitted materials for RFE a month ago, how long does it to get the
final decision?

2) I have H1-B visa but since I transferred from F1 to H1, I've never gone
back home, so I do not have a stamp on my H-1. Now I am planning to go home
with AP. Is AP the only document needed for me to come back? Should my H1-B status still be valid when I come back?
