另外，老公公司專門負責移民的HR說還有另外一個辦法就是到境外美國使館直接辦H4簽證

但老公護照上仍然顯示F1簽證，所以他必須和我一起出境簽？這種說法正確麽?
-Not true. Your hu*****and's status has been changed from F-1 to H-1 though 護照上仍然顯示F1簽證 (this F1 is out of date), so you can go outside US such as China by yourself to get the H4 visa immediately. Of course, you need to bring all the required documents with you for the visa application .
