but 5 months passed, still no card!! Do I have to fill out some form? I have the local offices' info sheets (one from Dallas, one from NYC where I am residing currently) saying my I-485 was approved but those sheets can not be used as official documents for anything! USCIS really drives me nuts! Please help.
