請教各位：renew EAD, deliver address ?

I need to renew EAD now, I am living in California

when we filing I-485 and I-765 last year, the application send to Texas center.

now my EAD expired (I still use my H1B, not EAD), where should I filing the application to renew EAD.

California center, or Nebraska or Texas ?
