the requirement of the RFE. The IRS said that my friend only meets one requirement out of 10.

I listed and detailed the facts that my friend meets all 10 requirements. I thought it will be denied. but in 2 weeks after IRS got our letter, IRS approved his EB!a. see, nto only i saved money for my friend, but also, got the EB1a for him;)

do not worry. just do as what RFE asks you do. you will be fine. My friend was not strong academically at all, she only had about 20 papers, some awards from china(not a big deal, but u need to know how to write and make it impressive).
