PJiang老師，關於AC21，是隻要有Job Offer 就可以，還是必須正在工作？

這裏隻說申請人需要有一個“JobOffer",並沒有說要有PayStub什麽的。那麽是不是隻要有公司願意給出一個OfferＬｅｔｔｅｒ　就可以了呢？

另外在這個Ｍｅｍｏ的問題８和９中寫明ＳｅｌｆEmployment 也可以，那麽是否本人現在成立一個公司也可以呢？
