Streamlined Petition Letter (請願書)To Charles Oppenheim

Folks,

I am in the process of re-writing a petition letter to Charles Oppenheim.

And I will spend the whole month of December to organize this thing.
Therefore, I need every participant to send an email to

Once the number of participants reaches 500, I will release the
new petition letter and co-ordinate our actions.

Finally, please be aware that I am not asking for donations. All I
need is your 10 minutes of your time to copy, past, modify, print,
seal and mail. And of course, 42cents of postage.
