Throughout fiscal year 2007, EB3-China cut-off date has been similar
to EB3-India cut-off date. In addition, EB3-China cut-off date of
01JUN03 was IDENTICAL to EB3-India cut-off date during June, 2007,
the last month BEFORE all EB3 visas went UNAVAILABLE:

AS A RESULT, according to the Report of the Visa Office 2007 by the DOS,
in 2007, the number of EB3 immigration visas issued to Chinese nationals was only 3,580 while the number of EB3 immigration visas issued to Indian
nationals was a WHOPPING 17,795!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
