自己申請的485CASE批了. 但在配偶方做為DEPENDENT的還在PENDING,配偶的485也批了. 我要不要去WITHDRAW 那個在配偶方申請的我的485CASE. 如果什麽也不做,那個CASE若是
DENIED,我的身份是什麽?
-You do not need to do anything (withdrwa the case). USCIS will absolutely deny that application and it will not affect your approved I-485. Your current status is LAWFUL PERMENANT RESIDENT (Green Card Holder).
