Would a U.S. worker with the same minimum qualification be able to perform the same duties and serve the national interest to a similar degree? 4 Chinese publication and 8 English publication at I-140 filing date
3 more English publication after filing.
55 (52 Independent) Chinese citations for my 3 Chinese papers.
20 (10 Independent) English citation from 5 of English papers.
Is that OK? Or do I still need reference letter for this?
