I got the similar RFE last month.
For the membership, I withdrawed the item, because the IO said all of five memberships are not qualified (including Sigma Xi). For the reviewer, I tried hard to get letters from editor-in chief, but usually most of them do not respond. Finally I got a good letter from an associate editor and a normal letter from the editor office. I also printed out all of my review records. My Eb-1A got approved yesterday.
