回複：Travel oversea during H1-> H4

However, I already e-file the H1-> H4 transfer which it was recommonded by HR. My question are:

1. If my application will be automatlly cancled while I back to USA by using AP.
-When you travel outside of U.S. before the H1-> H4 change application is approved, your application for status change is automatically cancelled/invalid.

2. Do I have to speed this process with extra fee? which means Get the approve note, then travel oversea.
-You do not need to do anything, and just go to a US Consulate in the country which you will travel to (e.g. China) to get an H4 visa to come back. Then, your status will be H4. Even if you get your H4 status approved within US before you travel, you still need an H4 visa to come back to maintain the H4 status after you travel.

Or just as you understand, you could go oversea by AP without file H1-> H4 and do transfer H1-> H4 after you come back.
