If wants to change status from H1 to H4, can he travel outside USA during the change status period?

If no, H1 to H4 process time normally takes 3 tp 4 months, is anyway to speed it up?

If uses AP re-enter USA, does it void the pending H4?

- Better to apply H-4 visa when you come back and you save troubles
