The same as I applied for the H1-B in the first University. I do not think the evaluation materials are needed.

One of my friend did not ask his university to applied for his H1-B. He hired a lawyer and got it. But I think he submitted his Job offer letter from the university to his lawyer.

Some American universities have bad service in this aspect. Please take care.
