The point or the bottom-line is that regardless of how many
more Indians are there compared with the number of Chinese,
the number of Indian EB3 I-485 approval should = the number of
Chinese EB3 I-485 approval PERIOD.

The reality is that in 2007, the number of EB3 immigration visas
issued to Chinese nationals (3,580) is only 20% of the number of EB3
immigration visas issued to Indian nationals (17,795).

AND THIS IS THE DIRECT RESULT OF PEGGING EB3-CHINA CUT-OFF DATE
TO THE EB3-INDIAN CUT-OFF DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WAKE UP, PEOPLE, let me use a Chinese saying, do NOT count the money
for someone even after he sold you!!!
