EAD renewal documents 是不是

隻有 4 種： I-94 複印件， 舊EAD 複印件， 2張照片， $340?

I live in MA, do I send to Taxes? I am on H1B, this is the 7th year. 485 filed early last fall.

I read the USCIS info online but want to confirm it here.
