Pjiang, XiaoBaiTu, and other expets, can you help with this ques

Dear Experts:
I found it hard to find a job in this unprecendented economic crisis. Some frined recommend that I can teach Chinese at some university. I talked with international program officer and he told me that OPT must be related to our program.
(1) How may I get a job of teaching Chinese at some university and get H1-B visa? Did I have to get J-1 first--> get waiver-->H1B.
(2) Is it possible for me to get a job like this (teaching Chinese)?
Any comment or suggestion are greatly appreciated.
