下周美國公民入籍宣誓。 通知上寫的：check-in at 8:30, ceremony will begin at 10:00

因為一早要將孩子送去幼兒園，然後才能開車去一個半小時以外的另一個市參加宣誓。請問我一定要在8：30到嗎，還是9：30到10：00都可以。我最早能在9：30到達？謝謝
