請問485pending 一年多，從engineer提拔到部門經理有何影響

聽律師說AC21沒法適用，我又不甘為綠卡事業不前, can I just silently accept the promotion to be in manager position without letting USCIS know? What's the negative side, and how big is the change of being caught?

If I have to file PERM again for the new position, what are the pros and cons?
