Ottowa,Canada immigration office, not to Buffalo directly. Canada immigration health service office will inform their reviewing conclusion to Buffalo. I heard it usually takes 3 months.

I took ME on 7/7, but the clinic sent results out on 7/29, three weeks later. Hopefully it could be delivered by 8/6.
