e-client

To check status of Canada immigration status, you can use e-client. But there is not much information there. I noticed my address in-file is not updated, so I faxed and sent mails to Bufflo 3 times to change my address, but nobody changes that database? I still get wrong address in e-client and don't know if they received my letters or not? Are they dead?!!!
