good idea.Yes, encouragement is really necessary. Usually one person self is sitting before computer to write, the head is frozen. no fresh idea, no exchange, at last, the person is turning into like wood log. Usually I need much time to make a hard decision to sit down for writing materials for NIW. Encourage each other!!!!
