Dear pjiang, could you help me to answer the following questions?
My hu*****and is the principle applicant. We have 485 pending. We landed to canada this year and used AP for re-entering. I have H1 and my hu*****and used EAD. I read the post from Lawyer, Zhang Zhe Rui, and learn that becasue I used AP, I will not be H1 status eventhough I can work for the same employer with valid H1. Is that true? In his post, he said I need to reapply H1 to back to H1 status otherwise, if my hu*****and 485 was turned down, I will lose my legal status as well! I was so worried. What should I do? Really appreciate your kind help.
