Thinking about firing my boss rather than to be fired!!!

Does the new job need to have the same educational requirement as the one I am holding now? For example, the recruitment ad says the new job needs bachelor degree education, but I have a master degree.

Would this difference lead to any trouble with the immigration officials down the road?
