Ur GC is based on your marraige. No marriage, no GC for you.

Generally, USCIS does not screen w/ ur marraige is made in good faith or not in a EB category. Therefore, you don't need to tell if you are not asked. However, there are cases where the tax returns or other security background check reveal that one of the couple is not in the same address. If USCIS knows that your are contempalting a divorce, they may find a reason to deny you. Genearlly no interview is required for EB category unless your eligiblity for AOS is based on 245(i).
