回複：485批後，卡遲遲不到是什麽原因。

My 485 approved 4/15/08. I got updates of "card production ordered" 11/6/08 after I did all the following:
- 20+ calls to TSC,found out that they do not have my complete biometrics. They took notes everytime and told me that they would arrange.
- Went to Infopass in May. No help on case status, but got a GC stamp on the passport so that I can travel internationally without using AP anymore.
- Called customer serive center (not TSC) to issue a service ticket 8/4/08.
- Got biometrics appointment notice 9/4/08, asking me to take biometrics on 9/11/08. Had to reschedule due to my Europe trip. Finally biometrics was done 10/4/08 - just a photo taken.
- Called TSC 11/1/08 and was told that Biometrics had not been uploaded.
- Called the customer service 11/1/08 and was told that they could do nothing more on my case. The only thing I can do is to wait for card and get stamps......
- Called TSC 11/5/08, a nice lady told me that she will upload the biometrics and it should be done by 11/10.
- Yesterday I got online update - card production ordered.
