1) don't say anything if DAo never asks.
2) bring a new I-864, putting your income as part of your household income, all your savings, etc. If you can find one, get a co-sponsor for you, (bringing his employment letter and copy of 3 month paychecks), and bring your employment letter and 3 months paycheck and your three years tax return.
