Last August LC(RIR) was transferred to the Phila. Regional Office. They were processing 07/2003 case, then the following month, they moved back to 05/2003 and processed that month for 3 months. For the following months, they used 3 months to process 1 month's case. Finaly last month it was the third month to process July's case. Today the DOL website post that they are processing June again!!!!! Hopeless.......
The only good thing is their first stage(local SWA) is realy faster while the second stage slowed down.
