我年初剛麵試Eb2：

1. 一定要帶體檢報告，很肯定officer當時問我要了，雖然他手裏的file folder 有你當初交上去的
2。問了一大堆結婚的問題，連買房證明都不夠，照片隻有一點用，最後小孩的出生證最有說服力。如果你沒有小孩，聯名賬戶比照片有說服力，但最好連照片什麽的全帶上。我們可是結婚>5年了
3。最好穿正試點，那天麵試好像就我們一對西服革履的，officer看了眼前一亮，態度好很多 （律師後來告訴我的）
4。officer 可能會當場先批140(如果還沒批的話），千萬別忘了要一份批準copy,anything in paper。我們的就卡在這裏，係統顯示140批了，但local office 一般不發批準書。所以到現在要沒有拿到批準書。還得file 824要duplicate copy - $340!!!! 如果他沒提140,可以試著問能不能先批了，如果你的排期還沒到！

5。最重要一點：if your PD is not current yet, and you caught the last July bus, so print out last June and July and Aug VISA bulletin to prove that you were eligible to file 485 at that time!!!!!!!!!! It took us 20 minutes to prove it for the officer,luckily my attorney finally found the copy he brought.
