有關$600退稅的問題

2007年的$600退稅，必需要有ＳＳＮ。聽說如果今年才拿到ＳＳＮ，可以和ＩＲＳ聯係，要回這$600。

有哪位知道如何和ＩＲＳ聯係，或需要填什麽表格麽？
