1.You can apply for EAD by yourself.
2.Now your company have no right to revoke you I-140.Only risk which you are facing now is REF letter from USCIS.If there is a REF letter which ask your company reply and your company reject,your I-140 and I-485 will fail.
3.If your I-140 is approved,you are safe.You can try your best to find a new job before your I-485 is approved
