請教南達科他州(South Dakota)火雞投資移民

有國內的朋友請教南達科他州(South Dakota)火雞投資移民，情況是這樣:
1) 南達科他州的一家火雞企業接受50萬美金的投資，就可以接受移民。資金在這個
監管帳戶總共要存放約4年，才可以回本金。四年利息是2%。
2) 投資資金為50萬美元。
3) 提交完文件後，約需1年另7個月到兩年能拿到“有條件”綠卡。
4) 再需兩年才能拿到“絕對”綠卡。

請問各位是否聽說過這樣的移民項目? 是否可信，有什麽要注意的? 謝謝各位了!
