來美8年了，今天才I-140，非常倒黴

事情是這樣的：
03年1月file Labor, EB3;
07年6月 or 7月排期到了，準備材料，以為律師會file 140/485/AP/EDA

7月律師生意太好了，把我的case給耽誤了。沒給耽誤的和我情況一樣的，今年初就拿到卡了，我今天才140，現在靠3年H1B ext和AP過日子。

還有更可氣的，因為從頭到尾就在現在的公司工作，file labor時是一年的經驗也沒有，隻能搞EB3。在別的地方混了幾年的然後來我們公司，總的工作資曆比我淺，用EB2，去年7月file的，也在我們公司搞到了卡。這一點我認為非常不公平，強烈要求改革。
