485 LUD 10/23 and 10/24, no status change. Does it means anythin

I submitted the 485 RFE on 10/14. On 10/15, the online status changed to " case resumed". There were two LUDs on 10/23 and 10/24, , but the online status didn't change at all.

The same situation happended to my I140. After I submiited RFE on 7/25. There were three LUDs on 8/9, 8/10 and 8/11. Again online status didn't change. Suddenly on 8/19, my lawyer sent me the I140 approval notice.

I am thinking whether my 485 has been approved. Does anyone have the similar situation that the case is approved without online status change?

Can I call USCIS center to check my status? Which number should I call.
